Rakhang Thai food is cooked with fresh ingredients, including vegetables, poultry, port, beef, lamb, fish and seafood’s also variety of spices and fresh herbs e.g. onion, shallot, spring onion, rhizome, galangal, lemongrass, kaffir lime leaves, basil leaves, coriander, cinnamon, cloves, nutmeg etc; to give Thai dish a distinctive taste.
